When she’s not busy raising her enthusiastic 7-year-old and his precocious puppy, Sandra is an ad biz survivor who traded the glam for work in the charitable sector fighting violence against women.  On her off hours she is a freelance writer and a blogger.

She's spells like a Canadian because, well, she is one.  Though she has yet to be deported for loathing winter, hockey, and bacon. She's notoriously klutzy, a bad driver, a worse cook and perhaps just little too fond of the Sound of Music.  She's a lover of flip flops, bad reality television, 80's everything, cute purses, green curry and getting up early (because, yes, she's a freak).

But the only thing you really need to know is that she blogs with raw honesty and devours chocolate with unbridled enthusiasm. That's a promise.
